We are real Food Entrpreneurs and want to provide you with the "Recipe" to Success in the food business. The FoodPreneur series of workshops and seminars are for the Food Entrpreneur. We focus on food entrepreneurshp, essentitally the special challenges inherent in the management of a small entrepreneurial food company. It is tailored to existing food businesses run by food entrepreneurs who want to improve their skills as well as budding entrepreneurs who have a great specialty food idea but are unsure of the next steps. Our workshops and seminars  cover all of the functions, activities and actions associated with recognizing specialty foods opportunities and creating a business to pursue them.

Domenick Celentano and Esther Psarakis deliver each workshop in the The Food-Preneur™ Series. Both Domenick and Esther are real Food-Preneurs and provide an aspect of teaching not available elsewhere.
