It is tailored to early stage entrepreneurs who want to improve their skills as well as budding entrepreneurs who have a great specialty food idea but are unsure of the next steps. The series will cover all of the functions, activities and actions associated with recognizing specialty foods opportunities and creating a business to pursue them.
